After Hours Information

Our office is open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays.  You are always welcome to email us regarding any questions at admin@damasca.com. If you have an emergency that requires attention before our office reopens, then please note the following:

• If your emergency relates to a GuideOne Insurance policy then please contact their customer service department at 800.688.3714.  The GuideOne Customer Service Representative can help you with payments, claims and many policy changes.
• If your emergency relates to a policy other than GuideOne (or if you are not sure), then please call Kenston Powell at 904.505.1417.   If your call is not answered right away, please leave a brief message describing your need.  Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
