Mission / Vision

Damasca Insurance is an agency with a mission. We feel that that mission is summed up in one sentence: “Use our gifts to protect the ministry.”

We will accomplish this in three primary ways:

• Take the time to understand the purpose of the individual church and how they minister.
• Identify potential loss exposures of the church. With its leaders, prioritize these exposures in order of ministry importance. With this information, put together an insurance program that reduces the impact of loss to a manageable level and fits within the church’s budget.
• Support the church by offering them access to the knowledge base of information that we have acquired through our work with other churches.
